Meet the Team

As a U.S. citizen resident in the UK, Kirsten brings a unique perspective to her role as an Analyst supporting both the U.S. and UK tax teams. She has quickly become a trusted member of the firm, contributing to a wide range of international and cross-border tax matters. Kirsten holds an MA in History and is currently pursuing the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification in UK Tax.

Prior to joining Phinch, Kirsten had a distinguished career in education, including several leadership roles. This experience sharpened her analytical and research skills, particularly in interpreting complex documents, regulations, and international treaties. She applies this expertise to help clients navigate complex tax matters, breaking them down into clear, straightforward guidance that makes the process simple and manageable.
